I ordered 2 parfums from this company and paid via money transfer on 24 August. I then got email from GLS – a shipping company that my package was on its way, 2 days ago got email that it was delivered but I got nothing I contacted outletuur as well as GLS and all what they said was maybe neighbours got! I got worried and looked up outletuur on trust pilot : to my surprise many alarming reviews on different type of scam company outletuur is: some didn’t get their orders , and some who got their orders the parfum was fake and not original

Gewenste Oplossing:

I want my money back. I paid 157 euros and got nothing. In way I no longer want this purchase I informed them I’m cancelling the order
