Mijn Klacht:
After last update, touch buttons became unresponsive. I sent my phone to repair under guarantee. Dynafix made a research and conclusion was that it is because of the cracks in phone casing (back glass). But cracks are since March 2016. So I am sure it is due to software.
Vodafone offered me: 1) fix the case at 173.30 euro, but no guarantees that buttons will work (I refused), 2) recycle the phone (I refused), 3) return me the phone at 36.30 euro costs for the research.
If such a research was made and I must to pay for it, I have a right to receive the copy (test reports or other documents). I asked Vodafone for it via shop and via complaints page, but no success.
I need a document which officially proves that cracked back screen is the reason why buttons are nonresponsive. With this I can ask second opinion from the manufacturer (Sony) till my phone is on guarantee.
If Vodafone for some reasons cannot send me this research ā for what exactly should I pay 36.30 euro?
P.S. Conversation is attached. Contract date and details are aproximate.

Solution 1. Vodafone gives me back the phone and I do not cover 36.30 euro for the research
Solution 2. Vodafone gives me back the phone and I cover 36.30 euro for the research. Vodafone provides me with this research.
Solution 3. Vodafone sends the phone to the manufacturer (Sony) and lets them fix the phone or discover the reasons why it is broken.
