Mijn Klacht:
I do not like doing this however this has been my worst experience of a “service” to date.
The process was simple – clean laptop and install windows at a cost of €80.
First attempt called & told all ready – nothing completed when checked before leaving the store & then they started again
Took home laptop & update not completed
Went back & was told a “few hours”
After multiple follow up calls 4 days later got a message it was ready
I remained patient during all of this
To get to customer service with my message to find out it was still not ready – it would be another 3-4 hours
I had no choice but to say cancel the upgrade & return my laptop.
I would like my money back as this is not a service anyone should have to pay for.
