Mijn Klacht:
I have ordered dishwasher with installation service. The dishwasher was delivered but they were not able to install the dishwasher because the service person said it was too complicated – he had to take apart a large part of the kitchen. I called independent handymen and he was able to do it for the same price.
When i asked Media Markt for refund for installation service, they turned me down said that i did not comply with the term and conditions, which said that they connection should be ready for the installation. If i would have know it before hand i would not have ordered their installation service.
Gewenste Oplossing:
when they refund me the installation service cost
