Mijn Klacht:

I placed an order for one droger and delivery was promised for tomorrow. I now receive an email that you will not deliver tomorrow and you also cannot tell me when next week you will deliver and only tell me next week. This is completely unacceptable and it is not what i agreed to.

You sold me the droger under false pretences.

Gewenste Oplossing:

My item delivered tomorrow as per agreement or a full refund so I can purchase the itme at a more reliable company that will deliver as per agreement.
