Een klant van KeukenConcurrent heeft problemen ervaren met de geleverde keuken, die niet overeenkwam met de oorspronkelijke tekeningen en specificaties. Bij de levering bleken de afmetingen gewijzigd, wat leidde tot problemen met de installatie, waaronder een koelkast die niet door de deur paste en het ontbreken van een afvalemmer. De klant was niet op de hoogte van deze aanpassingen, die door het kantoor en de fabriek waren doorgevoerd.

Mijn Klacht:

I have lots problems with my delivered kitchen from Keuken Concurrent. I received the final drawings and technical measurements, list of ordered things from the salesman, but when kitchen was delivered after 3 months and man from their company was installing it had totally different measurements and drawings. The height, length of the kitchen was changed without me knowing, kitchen cabinets opens to a different direction, fridge doesn’t fit through the door, so monteur couldn’t place it and it stands still in my garage, someone crossed out my rubbish bin (afvalemmer) from the list and it wasn’t delivered, but the price stayed the same. Technically what happend is that office and factory made an adjustments of my kitchen without me knowing about it. I been told that instalment of the kitchen will take one day, instead of one day it took 2 full days. I keep calling to a Keuken Concurrent client service for the past month, writing them emails and everyone there keeps promising me that we will fix your kitchen tomorrow, we will fix it in two weeks, we will fix it when factory opens after holiday. Nothing happens. I already took like 4 extra days off at my work for nothing. They promised me compensation, but now they are saying that I will not get anything. After a month of waiting my fridge is still in a garage, I still don’t have a rubbish bin installed, cabinets are not fixed and they are not even giving me an exact date when it will happen. It is just a lie on top of the lie in there client service.

Gewenste Oplossing:

They have offered to change everything new but it will again take like 3 months to receive a new kitchen so we offered them a cheaper solution. Leave the kitchen as it is, just fix few small things:
Cabinet doors,
Rubbish bin,
Fridge
and a top plint to close the gap (because of the incorrect height I have a gap between my ceiling and kitchen units)
compensation for all days off that is been taken extra. I asked for amount of 250euros per day as this is the amount that installer would charge me (if for example: my pipes or electric sockets would be done not by technical drawings).

I’ve been promised by Felicia Kreeft and Tom (customer service complain manager?!) a compensation for a delay and my days off. Fixing kitchen is not enough anymore. I AM LOOSING MY MONEY BECAUSE I NEED TO TAKE DAYS OFF! I lost at least 5 days of my salary because of the appointments that were useless. And no one still gave me a date when everything will be fixed. Today monteur came 7:30 and left after 8. He suppose to come with someone from Beko, but customer service obviously couldn’t be bothered to contact me before the scheduled appointment and let me know that no-one from Beko will come. Again a waisted day for me. Maybe Felicia and Tom wants to do my grocery shopping and pay my bills?
If my pipes or electric socket wouldn’t be in place I would need to pay each time 250euros that monteur would dome and go. You think it’s fair?
