Een klant heeft een klacht ingediend over de levering van een keuken door KeukenConcurrent op 24 april. De geleverde rookafzuiger bleek niet te passen bij de bestelde gaskookplaten, wat problemen oplevert voor de bovenkast. De klant had een andere aanbieding gedeeld, maar kreeg te horen dat KeukenConcurrent zich aan hun prijsbeleid houdt en geen aanpassingen kan maken. De klacht is inmiddels opgelost.

Mijn Klacht:

Hello Team,

I had Kitchen delivered on 24th April at Chirurgijn 11A , 1188DK Amstelveen with order nr 20344056850.

With very much disappointment, I would like to say that Keuken concurrent has told something during discussion and deliver different stuff.

1. We have order gas pits with 5 2 pits and total length is 120 CM of the pits. Accordingly we have asked to considered smoke chimney. In delivery the smoke chimney is delivered with size of 90. Hence, Part of gas pits is outside chimney and it will be problem for upper cabinet.

I have other offer from online keuken and have shared that offer to Keuken team to consider same size and I was told due to lower offer we have, The Keuken concurrent have motto to provide lowest price so keuken concurrent will provide difference. Attaching copy of email that sent to Amstelveen keuken concurrent to consider the same size.

Example in my offer from online keuken the (Wandschouw afzuigkap) product was DWB121K50 which is 120 CM and in Keuken concurrent considered LC94BBC51 which is 90 cm.

Sales person Giliano Koorndijk and store manager Quint assured the chimney will be of bigger size to cover all 7 pits. It is not acceptable that part of gas is below upper cabinet. Even in 3d design you have shown the chimney covers all pits.

We trust you and just sign as all the information were in dutch. It seems you are taking advantage of it.

I would like to take correct action and replace it with 120 CM size.

2. In Kitchen side, we have bar area and we have discussed to have proper good Clip to support the platform and the Clip was charged in bill. However, the bar side area is completely different and without clip in it. This also discussed with store Manager Quint and he added extra clip in invoice to add to bar side stone.

What we discussed is not delivered for bar area.

3. The Microwave was not delivered to us and even delivery person or nobody bothered to inform us that it is not been delivered. While calling to customer centre and asking 3 times reason then I came to know it is not delivered and it will be delivered in second or third week of May.

How do you see client? No responsibility to inform client. We are running a catering business and not having microwave on time is causing a lots of trouble to us. We can’t deliver required food for order of next week.

This shows careless and no responsibility to inform client. I won’t agree to this point to deliver after 3 to 4 weeks. I would need compensation in this case.

4. All the cabinet and wood was told to provide with Magnolia hoogglans. Bar side wood is not hoogglans which is creating an issue for our house design. Considering Kitchen colour we have renovated house with same colour. Now due to this different colour it looks very odd.

How come you can deliver different wood? I would like it to be replace with hoogglanse magnolia.

5. The platform stone we have chosen is of 4 CM thick and only the corner area of 4 CM and rest of stone is 2 CM. This is completely disaster. What you show in shop and what you deliver. In shop Gilinano shows thick stone with 4 CM size and it was not told it is only side area is 4CM.

This is break of truest.

As I have lots of issue with this kitchen and I would like immediate reaction to get it correct.

If no actions will be taken then I have another kitchen delivery on 4th May with order nr 20344056861 and I won’t pay for that kitchen until above issues are corrected.
