Ordered online a pair of tennis shoes for 30 EUR. During the order time it was an special actie from intersport website to have free delivery. As i’ve never ordered anything from intersport, I’d chosen the payment method after shipment, then pay…
Shoes received but there’s no payment instruction in the box so i waited and waited…..finally on 25 March i even sent an email MYSELF to their klantservice email giving my order number to REQUEST BILL TO PAY, as i don’t want to have penalty fees
In between the time there’s no reply from klantservice, until yesterday 2 May i received a bill from Afterpay…charging me
in total of 56.95EUR including
shoes of 30 EUR. STANDARDSHIPPING 4.95EUR 1 REMINDER 9.5EUR (WHICH I NEVER RECEIVED VIA EMAIL OR POST) 2 REMINDER 12.5 EUR
I find it very sneaky way of charging customer like this. I even took initiative to request the bill but no reply, no feedback, then came the extra charge of DOUBLE of price of the shoes. very cunning and bad way of doing business
Gewenste Oplossing:
Refund the extra charge of STANDARDSHIPPING 4.95EUR 1 REMINDER 9.5EUR (WHICH I NEVER RECEIVED VIA EMAIL OR POST) 2 REMINDER 12.5 EUR
