Mijn Klacht:

1. The delivery is done by DHL, from Monday to Friday – between 8 and 18h. There are no alternative times. If you work full time, be prepared to take a day off to wait for the delivery. There is no other solution or help from the Internet-bikes to solve this issue.

2. The bike has arrived damaged, with a leak on the tire! I have tried to pump it several times, which is not even necessary, ‘cause you can easily notice that the air is escaping. There is a giant leak!
I have paid extra for the delivery of a functional bike, ready to be used! How come this hasn’t been checked?!

The website has no phone number for contact. The only way to get in touch is via e-mail.


Gewenste Oplossing:

There is no solution until this moment!
