Klacht: Incorrect diagnosis

Mijn Klacht:

My phone Sony ZX suddenly stopped charging. If you connect it to the charger it starts to charge but only for a few minutes and than stops. The phone was bought 1.5 year ago in Telfort shop. Guaranty is still valid. In Erepair.nl they said:
1. there is corrosion
2. a huge pressure was made on the phone which is not visible from outside but influenced connections inside the phone
3. the phone has fallen
All this, is not true. Never fallen, never pressured and never exposed to moisture.
While I was reading other people\’s complains I saw Erepair.nl used exactly the same reason as an explanation for totally different phone problems , which brings in question the accuracy and expertise of Erepair.nl.
They suggested me to pay 215€ for reparation which I of course refused. I paid 35€ for diagnosis and this will be refunded to me by Telfort .
At the end, my phone 1.5 year old with original Sony – quality guaranty is not repaired and not in use. Telfort claims Erepair.nl is the one who makes final decision. If it can not be resolved in a best possible way for me as a consumer, I think I will have to engage Quality Inspection in this whole case.

Gewenste Oplossing:

I want my phone to be repaired and ready to be used. Within 2 years contract you also receive a phone quality guaranty, which actually guarantees that the phone will work at least while your contract is running.
