I have been going to holland casino in Amesterdam recently a few times I have noticed the way they play the black jack is in a way cheating for instance when dealer has an Ace he or she will ask for insurance and if someone puts money on the table for the insurance dealer has to check if he or she has a black jack in this case they have to reveal their hands if they have the black jack but instead they countinue asking players if they want more cards or they want to double or spread this is absolutely insane and illegal black jack is an american game and has its own rulles I have been in many casinos in diffrent countries none of them do this,
another thing is that the dealer must also give herself or himself a secound card once every one has their owns but instead they give themselves the secound card after players go for their third or last cards so they have more chance casino have more chance to win,

Third thing is that some casino dealers when they have their first card under 7 and they think that they might bust then they go fast on players dont even ask if they want to double or spread it happened to me couple of times I had a big amount of money on the table and my dealer went so fast without even asking me if I wanted to spread or double which I was pretty sure she will be bust and wanted to spread so I would have won double my money
And they even do when you slide your chip to take their attention that you want to double your chips dealer didnt even ask and went so fast even that I put my chip infront of her and she could see and I heard some people who complaint to the casino some how got band from entering to the casino

Gewenste Oplossing:

I Think the dealers are told to do this or dealers try to have a better achivements so they dont loose their job or something

I have noticed dealers are dealing with customers more accordingly since I made this complaint thanks to Holland Casino for that and I hope it continues this way but in some areas of the management more improvements needed I hope you take this more as a feedback not a complaint I have been to many casinos in london and many parts of europe and japan most of them offer free drinks to their customers who have a membership cards ofcourse soft drinks and in some cases alchol too the only time when I was playing in the vip area I had free drinks the next day I went to ViP I smoked a cigarette and then went around to check the game came back to vip have a cigarette and so go and play at the vip before I steped into the smoking the manager came to me and was so loud and rude no respect whatsoever said you have to play in the vip who the night before was watching me and some of my friends loosing a few thousands at the vip which I had to remind him but then I was sure because he made me nervous no way I can play at the vip so I went to the common area had a very bad night another evening I went to a table so a free raw asked if any one was playing there no one was so i started playing a fee round latter a chineese woman put her chips behind mine and next round she claimed that row is hers manager came asked me to give her the row she was playing there so I removed my chips and asked the manager to check the cameras he came back to me and appologized another night at a diffrent table the same thing with the same woman happend trying to claim other’s chips hers I was asked by the manager to give her the row again and she did the same with the others causing alot of problems so they had to remove her but after I removed my chips I so that I had a perfect pair if I didnt have to remove my chips and was so fraustrated a perfect pair is 1-25 so I hope some one at the casino who deals with the complaints takes an appropiate action but thats just a hope , a glass of a cola is 2.75 just as an example where in most casinos its free even the small street casino near the central station offers free soft drinks to its customers so far I hate complainting so ai will just stop right here .
