Mijn Klacht:
I have rented Chevrolet Camaro convertible being a gold member of Hertz for 10 days in Los Angeles.
The car was fine at the begining but 2 days later all the electrics inside started glitcing. The airco, navigation screen, radio – all started to shut down.
I’ve reported the problem to their customer support on the phone. The only solution they offered is for me to go back to the airport to replace the car. That would cost me entire day so I didnt do it.
When I return home from the trip I’ve contacted their customer support online asking for partial refund and received no response at all …
Gewenste Oplossing:
Partial refund because of the major incovenience caused during my trip in what was supposed to be a luxury car...
