Below jou see the Hertz reservation we’ve made with PRICELINE HERTZ
We’ve payed everything at the Hertz rental station in Miami the time of pick up.

Now, 3 months later Hertz is still steeling our money from our VISA card.
April 20th: an amount of 10,99 USD was taken off.
May 20th: again 10,99 USD was taken off.

ref. “HERTZ RENT A CAR – OKLAHOMA CITY USA”

We had a GPS and used only toll free roads.
And we even had bought a SUNPASS toll sticker .

WHY DO YOU STEEL OUR MONEY ???

We hope you can fix this for us. Next januarifebruari we need again 5 cars in 5 different locations allover the US !
PLS, HELP US .
