Een klant van Glamira.nl beschuldigt het bedrijf van fraude na het kopen van een set verlovingsringen tijdens een Black Friday-aanbieding. Na twee weken wachten ontving de klant slechts één ring die niet overeenkwam met de bestelling en van slechte kwaliteit bleek te zijn. Pogingen om contact op te nemen met de klantenservice waren frustrerend, aangezien de opgegeven telefoonnummers niet bestonden en de chatbot geen hulp bood.

Mijn Klacht:

Glamira is a fraud. Don’t buy it. You will lose all your money.

On a black Friday deal we bought a SET of engagement rings, one with diamonds. We got a ation and glamira said it would take 2 weeks to make the rings specially designed for us. Two weeks later we got the package (with the label of origin removed), when we opened it, we saw that there was only ONE ring that did NOT match with what we ordered. (2 weeks to make a ring and is not yours? We found out that cames from Turkey). And the quality is poor like temu or AliExpress, it costs us around 400€.
We try to find for phones numbers and chat bots from the costumer service, the phone numbers don’t exist and the chat bot doesn’t help.
Finally we got an answer written at 2 am from the email of the costumer service. Bella told us the steps to do, she said to write a return form and send back the ring in order to get the money back. She gave us a return label via ups to an address in Germany, but ups is hard to find and unfortunately they sent the package back to out address again.
I wrote Bella about this, and after an intense argument we got another ups label to return the package, this time with a different address in Germany. According to ups the package was delivered on 21 of December at 11:27 in a private address. Which makes things more strange. I contacted the costumer service again, and no answer. Our private profile in glamira website states that the package wasn’t returned. And this morning at 1 am we got an email saying that the return request was cancelled because they don’t got the package. Conclusion: no rings and no 400€.
Be careful with glamira
I would be very happy to open a court case with other victims of them.

Gewenste Oplossing:

I returned the ring. We simply want our money back.
