Mijn Klacht:

Hello, I send for Eneco Services that from 1 January till 25 September I payed every maand for 78 euro, they send me that I have not payed 78 euro for Mei 2017, this is not correct, I am payed every maand for 78 euro, 14-06-2017 was payed 78 euro and 29-06-2017 again 78 euro, so what was payed 2 times in Juni, one sum is for mei. Eneco services send me that this sum 78 euro what was payed 14-06-2017 is for correctiejarnota, I am not agree because termins for jaarnota I was payed every maand normalin time,so they cant do everything by themself how they want, they took sum 78 euro what was payed 14-06-2017 and put to jaarnota, why? if I termins from jaarnota payed in time, I am not agree tthat they put me incassocosten 78 euro for nothing, that they dont see sum 78 euro in time, I am not agree with this incasso kosten and I will be look for the true

Hello,

Sorry you have submitted a complaint about a payment.
What we said before is correct. You payed on 14th of Juin €78, but without a remark. That amount is settled with the correctionbill. That's the reason why we mis now the payment of May. This way or that way, you have to pay the €78 anyway. We see the payment soon so you don't receive a reminder with extra costs anymore.
