Mijn Klacht:
I placed an order (DD01039534) about a watch which I cancelled it right a way. Here is the ticket number about cancelling: [#41058]. I received a response that my order is cancelled. After that I have contacted customer service (klantservice) about getting my money back, but I did not receive any definite answer.
I sent an email if they do not pay within a week, then I shall start pursue this matter legally: [#41496]. Only for this email, I received a reply that they will pay me in few days. It was 9 days ago, and I have not heard/received anything from customer-service.
Gewenste Oplossing:
1) I want my money back
2) Dealdigger.nl should be noted for its bad customer service
