Klacht: Spontaan breken glas Calvin Klein horloge

Beste Calvin Klein,

Had onderstaand bericht ook al gemaild naar CK USA (geloof ik)

Received this watch as a gift from my husband, during summer holiday (sept 2011) in Italy.
After wearing it for approx 2-3 weeks, the glass spontaniously broke. I was just watching tv ,
we heard a strange “noise” as if somebody broke / or dropped a glass, and then I found out that it was my most precious watch, from which the glass was cracked/broken.

Went to different juwellery stores, to see whether or not this was repairable.
My own juwellery store came up with a estimated price offer of around 130-150 euro’s.
That was quite a big shock, as the watch was brandnew, and the glas spontaniously broke while i was sitting behind my desk.
Went to another local jewellery store, who was Calvin Klein dealer, and got it repaired for just 15,00 euro’s.

This morning (that’s after 2-3 months after previous repair) while I was sitting behind my computer, I heard a stange click. And guess what, the glass was broken again.

My question is, is this happening more with this type of watch.Is the model of the watch to “bold” that there is coming quite a bit of pressure on the glass? What am I supposed to do?
Would appreciate if you can give me some ideas, how to cope with this problem.
Cause I think, when I do go to jewellery store, I’ll now probable will get a more expensive bill for having it repaired again. And, looking at what happened before, the risk that it’s going to brake again.

Please understand, that I’ve not hit something, I’m quite carefull after the First “broken glass”

Gewenste Oplossing:

Snelle response, garantie op het opnieuw repareren.
't Was in onze ogen niet een bepaald goedkoop artikel, (heeft bijna 400,00 euro's gekost)en mag je toch verwachten dat dit niet idere keer zomaar gebeurt. (spontaan breken glas)
