Mijn Klacht:

I placed an order on 7th December 2020 for the item which was shown as in stock! I called them several times and email communication as well and they kept saying I need to wait until January 14th 2021. When I contacted them again on 13th January 2021 I was told again to wait two more weeks for a text message. I contacted them today 25.1.2021 and I was told my order was canceled in December because I was not responding to their emails and phone calls. Clearly the company lied as I have email communication and phone calls recordings that I indeed contacted them several times and they communicated with me via emails and phone calls. This is extremely unprofessional behaviour and lies from this company! When I called today and their representative told me my order was canceled, I wanted to find out the details and explain the situation but he just hung up on me. Is this normal? IT IS FRAUD, I demanded my money back and that’s why am writing this review now.

Gewenste Oplossing:

Extremely unhappy!!!
Be cautious with this company.
