Mijn Klacht:

I made a reservation trough booking.com for lux 11 Berlin for the end of March for a work related trip. Unfortunately due to the Corona situation, our congres is totally cancelled and they are going to postpone the congress to an other date. I directly contacted booking.com for help! You all helped me well and came in contact with the hotel. During contact with the hotel about the reservation I explained everything and that it is an unique situation etc and if there is a possibility of cancellation or an option to change the date because the congress is still going to be in Berlin but we don’t know the date yet I offered them so many options to come up with a reasonable option… but they were totally not helpfully and only told us that they all ready have a lot of cancellations so that is not their fault and didn’t offer us something. I’m so said to hear that they can’t even help us in some kind of way in this unique situation. I hope booking.com can help me in this situation to find a good solution! ofcourse we are hoping for full refund but also something else would be beter then hat the hotel gave us as an option… nothing! :(:( I hope to hear from you really soon!
