Mijn Klacht:
I returned goods to BH Support within the 2 week requirement. I even tracked this with Post.NL. My item was returned on 27th August 2020. I still have not received my refund. I have called Anita many times and she always says the lady that handles the returns is busy and even ended the call. I have emailed many times and have not received a single response. I am not certain what to do? Perhaps this is a fradulent company?
