Mijn Klacht:
I am a new member of the Basic Fit Gym in Aalster weg Eindhoven who just received their new card yesterday. I tried to create an account on the Basic fit app today so that I can make a reservation for my next workout. After creating the account, it told me that the account has been created successfully and that I should now be able to login without any issues. However, when I tried to login it gave problems saying that it is an incorrect email or password so I thought maybe I was inputting the wrong password but after trying to reset my password multiple times, I get an error and I am not able to.
Gewenste Oplossing:
I would be satisfied when I am able to login to the basic fit app without any problems so that I can make a reservation.
