Klacht over Basic Fit: Too cold inside

Mijn Klacht:

It has been seriously noticed that the temperature inside the gym of Houten is way too cold. And what makes it worse is that the air conditioning pieces are placed above the head and the wind current is blowing everywhere! I have been sick since 2 weeks and the throat inflammation have adverse effect on my lymph glands (lymfklieren) according to the doctor.

Gewenste Oplossing:

The airco should be turned off together with the high ventilation. If this issue persisted, I would unfortunately have to cancel my membership.

Hi Mohammad,

Thank you for your message.

Sad to hear that the temparature in the club is to cold for you, I can tell you that we have no other previous complaints about the temprature in the club.

What I can tell you is that the air filtering system and air conditioning can not be turned off for health reasons.

I can imagine that you can not work out because it's to cold for you, is there any chance to wear a hoodie when you do your work-outs? If not, maybe you can visit an other Basic-Fit and see if there is any difference.

If you still want to cancel your membership, this is of course no problem. And I wil do this for you.

Please let me know what you preference is, and also If you have any other questions don't hesitate to ask me!

Thanks for ur reply. The low temperature is only one side of what I explained previously. The ventilation system emits so much powerful wind that is not good for health specifically when sweating. The AC pieces mounted on top of our heads while sweating end working out can never be good or healthy. It wud be wiser to decrease the amount of wind circulating and coming out of these huge AC's which are very close to the trainees.
