Thank you for your message!
Sorry to hear that there's some confusion about your membership. I've checked this for you right away.
In the administration I can see that your friend was the first to try to get access to the club with the QR-code. This is the cause of the problem.
It is important to know that first the main user needs to scan the sports card at the entrance gate. After that the friend needs to scan the QR code within 10 minutes. Otherwise this doesn't work.
If you have problems with access and there is no employee present at the club, you can use the intercom. Our colleague is happy to help you at that moment.
