Mijn Klacht:
I am a long-term client of Basic Fit @ Herculesplein in Utrecht. I started training there in 2013, where the club belonged to HealthCity fitness. I had a one-year contract from November 2015, but in June 2016 i left The Netherlands and during my last visit to the club i informed the employees that i want to stop my contract after it will expire. They said it’s not going to be a problem. However, i later that year i received an email that i have to pay 191 Euro, because my contract was extended. I contacted the customer service and they said it does not work like this and i apparently had to write an official paper, stating that i want to finish my contract. NO ONE INFORMED ME ABOUT THAT. Now i received an email that i have to pay 50 euros because of their stupid policies. If BasicFit employees at the club do not have any responsibility, why should i pay?
