Hi, I bought my LG G4 in Mediamarkt on 28th of April. On 28th of May it stopped working (it was the problem: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9Flg3nZr6nU)
It was \”fixed\” and returned to me (3 weeks waiting for the phone).
Two months and a half later, on 12th of August, the phone stopped working again (the same problem) and they have returned the same defective device to me again. For now it\’s working, but I\’m know that is going to broke in some point.
It\’s really annoying. Because I paid a lot of money (for me it was huge investment for me) and I\’ve used this phone for only 3 months and I\’ve lost everything twice. Additionally, first time I was organizing an event in Amsterdam and I wasted a lot of time setting my previous phone (because I had reseted it to give away to my father); currently, I\’m organizing another event in Amsterdam, and two weeks ago, I had the same problem (this time I didn\’t have my old phone so I had to borrow from a friend a chinese really bad device).
I don\’t have an answer from LG, and the answer of Mediamarkt is: \”Geachte meneer Castan, The service centre of LG, has the right to fix your phone, they are not required for swapping or credit, it\’s not until the third time at a hardware complaint. We are sorry, we cant take the phone back, but we hope it will work correctly now. Excuses for the inconveniences. Kind regards, Media Markt Amsterdam Centrum\”
What is this 3 times rules? I didn\’t sign anything about that when I bought my phone. And, seriously, I have to wait to my phone stop working for three time to get a new non-defective device??? It is not a little problem, as you can see on the YouTube video, it\’s a big problem because you loose all your data and you cannot switch on anymore…and it turns really really hot…sometimes I even think it\’s going to explode!
When Mediamarkt give me my money back
