Een klant heeft een negatieve ervaring gerapporteerd over de service van een medewerker bij Action. Tijdens het ruilen van een defect product werd de klant onvriendelijk behandeld en kreeg hij te horen dat hij het nieuwe product thuis moest uitproberen, ondanks zijn verzoek om het ter plaatse te testen.

Mijn Klacht:

Dear Sir/Madam,

Unfortunately I have to report a bad service form one of your workers against me. on ( 6/05/2014) I went to exchange a product ( Mini blander) because it was not working. The Casa-lady told me to pick a new one and came back to the casa.

I went to pick-up a new one and I ask one of the helping ladies in the back, if its possible to connect it to the electricity and see if this product work. she told me very nice that the Casa-lady will help me with that.

I went back to the casa and the casa-lady made a new (Bon), and I ask her to connect it to the electricity because, i want to see if the products work before i leave… with a very BAD attitude she told me that it not possible and if I want to see if the product works I have to try it at HOME.

I was very ashamed because of her attitude in front of other clients, I told her if it’s not possible than, I would like to have my money back. And with a very ARROGANT ATTITUDE she give me the money back.

I LEAVE THE SHOP VERY DISAPPOINTED, with out the product and treated bad by her.

I don’t know the name of that casa-lady but you may find-out with the following description :

It’s happen on 6/05/2014 at the time 5:40 PM at the
Action, Lombardkade 17, Rotterdam

The casa was last casa at the right hand form inside-out.

Gewenste Oplossing:

Its was very shame situation as a client that just want to see if the product works.. and she treat me like my money don't have any value.. in FRONT OF OTHER CLIENTS. I can understand that in her perception the shop made a lot of sales and one client will not make the difference.

Now I am a unhappy client and with-out the functionality of the product i wanted to have at home. To be happy with whats todays happen, if I have the product at home and able to use it ( for the same value that she( the casa-lady ) treat my money and me as a client.
