No refund given after faulty product.A few months ago I ordered a thermostat via Bol.com from a partner seller.
The product worked upon installation but as the fall started the product no longer worked. I was told to send it in for repair. After literally months of trying to get in touch with bol.com asking for an update, they finally told me that the seller felt like they didn’t owe me a repair nor did they owe me a refund. After numerous attempts of getting them to refund me they failed to do so and time and time again failed to get in touch with me when they told me they would. I know not only have no thermostat but I also lost well over €100 to nothing. I have not been able to use my heater while it’s been getting really cold outside. I find this absolutely inexcusable and unacceptable on Bol.com’s part and am not used to this total lack of customer service.
Gewenste Oplossing:
The least they can do is stick to their word when they tell me they will call me back which they have absolutely failed to do. But of course I will need a refund so I can buy a thermostat that actually works.
