Mijn Klacht:
They sent me a defective product.
I appli3d for a refund and was only offered a partial refund so tried to contact customer service.
The only options offered was a live chat which they say will be answered in 2 minutes but nobody answers after 15 minutes. So the alternative was email form which doesn’t work and simply say ‘oops it’s out fault, Try again. After failing multiple times.
Gewenste Oplossing:
Provide a customer service which doesn't actively discourage customers from contacting them, making an already frustrating situation far worse
