Mijn Klacht:
Was planning on a 3 night city trip to Barcelona on the 19th – 22nd of this month. Got a printed estimate form with the correct dates with a choice of two hotels including flights. Chose for the cheapest option and went to book and pay for the trip. Looked last night to find out the young lady who booked for us made a mistake and booked us for the 19-22 December…Went today to clarify that and the only answer I got was you signed the contract but who’s looking at the date when you have already spoken the date through… the word December never came out my mouth. You go from the fact that person knows what she’s doing… On top of that still waiting for the money from a wine tasting that was canceled in Mallorca. That’s also taken months for that to be made over and still waiting…
Gewenste Oplossing:
Dat de datum zou aangepast worden natuurlijk, dat we alsnog kunnen vertrekken, is tenslotte niet onze fout ! En anders geld terug, mag zeker een vergoeding aan vastzitten !
