Mijn Klacht:
Last year I wanted to extend my subscription from Vodafone Osdorp. Vodafone employer told me that they have new offer that I can go for it if I cancel my current subscription since it’s already ending. Only consequence was I will get new number with better conditions.
So I agreed on it and got new number. Over year ago I have checked my bank statement that I am paying double to Vodafone.
I called customer service and realised, I am still paying for subscription that I cancelled year ago.
I claimed my money back and they refused to pay it.
Gewenste Oplossing:
Pay my money back.
