Mijn Klacht:
In March they sent me an offer for contract continuation for fees very similar to the ones that I was paying already. In May I got an annual bill, which was high to say the least. They never ever mentioned my energy consumption was above average and my consumption details on their portal were either missing or misleading. There was no way that I would expect this huge bill. After asking them to provide a per-month split, they sent me the same invoice that I had already, which does not have the split. Very unfair, very unethical. When they sent me the proposals in March they certainly had indications of my actual usage but they never provided these to me. In fact this way they tricked me to think it was all OK.
Would never recommend them.
