my TV subscription (TV standaard) with Youfone never worked since the start of the contract. I am not able to see any TV channel.
Gewenste Oplossing:
I would like that my TV subscription will be stopped and a money refund of the past months (and days) that I have paid for it.
I hope you can help with this because the next step for me will be to contact a lawyer.
