I made booking for Greece, however, i have been calling them to cancel it via phone call ,which was always on hold and no response on mail. Cancelling on app also did not help. Suddenly i get mail on 14th April late afternoon that if i dont before 16th April then i have to pay cancellation costs.Since it was holiday because of good friday , followed by weekends and also on Monday, I have got an invoice saying i have to pay the cancellation costs amounting to 435 euros. This is total scam. Booking is easy but cancellation is so difficult that it is their intention to scam people, by not picking up calls and not responding. I can not and will not pay the cancellation cost as i have been clear from my side I have tried calling and mailing about my cancellation plan.
Gewenste Oplossing:
make sure cancellation option is easy on app and if a customer does not pay, then cancel it automatically from your end, rather than steal people of their hard earned money.
