Mijn Klacht:
They lost my luggage the 27th of August, they told me they’ll refund me 60€ max per day for the first 3 days and 120€ for the 4th day, it is stated in the lost luggage agreement they gave me.
Today is 13th of September and not only they haven’t’refund me all the expenses but they also ignore all my emails that I sent them with the receipt and the request of help.
It’s unbeliveble that they are just ignoring me this way.
Gewenste Oplossing:
I want full refund for all the expenses they made me have and 100€ extra for the delay and the missing support.
