Mijn Klacht:

There was an unacceptable situation on our flight coming into Madeira from Schiphol. TUI had put hundreds of people in a very small area, to wait for the check in or to drop off their luggage. It was so bad that in the end the flights on that morning all had to be delayed.
The queues kept going round and round in the Departures 3 area of Schiphol. This is really unacceptable, especially in COVID times. Forget about social distancing, we were treated like animals.
Also there was no information offered to the people waiting about what was going on with the flights. We did not know that they will delay the flights or anything, so the whole time we thought we will be missing our flight after waiting for over 3 hours in a line just to drop off our luggage. We were even told by the local handling agent at the airport that the flight will not wait and we should run to the gate!

Gewenste Oplossing:

I want to know how do you plan to compensate customers for something like this and what measures will you take for this not to happen again.
