Mijn Klacht:
I ordered Wegwerp Professionele Medische Gezichtsmasker on 15 Apr at 24.95 EUR, with order number 31590. They charged me at the moment I placed the order. I received ation email saying the product will be delivered in 13-14 days. Since then I have not heard anything from them. 3 months now, I have not received those masks, and I tried to contact them via the email, received always the automatic email, and tried to call them, nobody picked up the phone. I strongly believe there is something wrong with this website, it looks like they are committing a fraud, cheating the customers now.
Gewenste Oplossing:
not happy at all.
