Mijn Klacht:
I bought two orders on Trend x. The first order was paid two months ago, and they did not send me yet. So I want to cancel the order but TrendX only replied a few automatic emails. For the second order, I received the product but I am not satisfied with the it so I want to make a return, still the same situation, they just ignored all my emails and the company never
answer the phone, ignore my emails and complaints, and refuse to cancel my order. However, they are still dealing with orders and delivery.
Gewenste Oplossing:
I need a real person, an employee instead of automatic system to deal with my emails, and I need them to follow all the customer policy as soon as possible.
