Klacht: Telfort dubbled and charged all my calls. Instead of 20, they want me to pay 90 euros for the bill !!!

Een klant van Telfort heeft een onterecht hoge rekening ontvangen van 90 euro, terwijl de gebruikelijke kosten rond de 20-25 euro liggen. Bij controle van de belgeschiedenis bleek dat alle gesprekken binnen zijn bundel dubbel waren geteld en ook kosten voor internetgebruik werden in rekening gebracht, wat hij betwist. Ondanks het indienen van een klacht in de winkel en de belofte van Telfort om contact op te nemen, heeft de klant na 15 dagen nog niets gehoord.

Mijn Klacht:

I have business in the Netherlands, and one mobile phone “zakelijk abonnement” in Telfort.
For 300 minutes,100 sms and 1GB of internet usage my bill every month is round 20-25 euros. In the April 2012 I have received a bill for 90 euros !!!
I was sure that I haven’t made so high bill and checked the history on Telfort website.
I saw that all calls inside my “bundel” were dubbled by Telfort, and also charged, when they supposed to be free of charge. Also they charged me for some Internet usage, which I can’t prove that I didn’t make.

I’ve immediately printed all call history and went to nearby Telfort store to report this hoping they will solve this problem. The boy in the store made a report and told me that somebody will call me from Telfort in next 5 days. After 15 days still nobody called, so I went again to the same store ad reported this issue again. Suddenly, they have found the invoice in their system to be corrected (no dubbled calls) but the price of the bill was still 90 Euros !

When I told that I don’t agree to pay 90 Euros, they told me that now I don’t have the proof that Telfort has dubbled my calls because in their system is everything normal.
Luckily, I have also made Print Screen pictures on my computer as a proof of Telfort’s mess hahaha !!!! So I still have everything, no matter what they adjust.

The guy in the store then again made the report and requested somebody to take care about my case. He again told me that somebody will call me in 5 days. Off course that didn’t happened,as I expected. It was 12 ago and still nobody called me.

The bill of 90 Euros still stays on Telfort website when I log in, but I made sure not to leave any money on my account for them to charge. I refuse to pay it and I won’t give them any cent until somebody from Telfort reacts to this issue.

Not contacting me TWICE after two reports is very unprofessional and rude. I don’t know what kind of irresponsible people are working there. If they want to sue me for this bill, ok no problem. I will be glad to go to court with all proofs that I have.
It is not about 90 Euros, it is about the principle ! I won’t let them to charge this and get out so easily, because next time somebody could “adjust” my bill for 900 euros.
As soon as my contract expire (maybe even sooner), I will change the provider.

Gewenste Oplossing:

Telfort should take the responsibility, admit their mistake and let me pay my bill as it supposed to be...round 20 Euros.
