Today I had to take a bus with a little child (Groningen, N9). It was terribly hot in this bus. With 30 degrees outside no conditioner and windows were closed. It was, literally, difficult to breath in this bus
I took the same line to go back – same problem. Besides, one bus did not came at all and passengers had to wait another 30 minutes for the next one with 30 degrees outside. (P.s and this is the bus which goes to the airport…). Thus Very hospitable service for our money. It would be not so frustrating if the case would be unique. Unfortunately, the passengers often have to experience arrogant behavior from the bus drivers. This is just a general remark, not just for line 9.
Not all of them ofcourse, but every now and than the passengers experience that a bus drivers are skipping a station, driving aggressively, stopping to far from the border. While your service is getting worse the money which the passangers pay for the tickets are stay the same and it’s quite expensive. I hope, the Qbuzz will change its attitudes to their clients and will maintain its reputation.
