Mijn Klacht:
Onderstaande mail 3 oktober gekregen, vandaag 28 februari 2017 nog steeds niets gehoord of teruggestort! Drie telefoons teruggestuurd, 1 daarvan teruggestort gekregen, andere twee tot op heden nog niet.

You informed me that you have not received the refund of the two items yet.
After checking,I found that it was only one item that our account service have done instead of three.Well,to solve this matter as soon as possible,I have escalated your case to the account departement.
I will come back to you once the refund is proceeded.
