Mijn Klacht:
On April 14th, I placed an order on ParfumOutlet.nl (order number: 319105) and paid. The chosen delivery method was DHL. So far, I haven’t received a shipping ation, and the order is still marked as “in treatment” (in progress).
I contacted customer service by email but have received no reply at all. This lack of communication and service is unacceptable.
I kindly request ParfumOutlet.nl to either deliver my order or refund the full amount.
