You are a customer of ours from December 24, 2020. We have taken over you from Vattenfall as of this date. This has been said to you and we have done so. Since you are a customer with us on December 24, 2020, you must pay us the installment amount for January 2021. We collect in advance. So at the beginning of January you pay for the month of January.
It is possible that Vattenfall has also charged an installment amount for the month of January 2021. However, they are not allowed to do this as you have to pay us for the month of January. They will settle this on the final invoice. It is also possible that they have already drawn up the final invoice and collected this amount from your account. You do have to pay this amount.
Everything is going well with us and we have also taken over from Vattenfall. I recommend that you contact Vattenfall and ask why they are taking money from your account. They are no longer allowed to charge new costs. We cannot inquire about this for you in connection with privacy legislation. You must do this yourself.
