I had asked many questions in a post on May 14, 2020. But you are not reading it. Is this the service you provide? Read my posts again. It’s simple because the order number and TT number are all listed. Elle from customer service once wrote to me that she would keep an eye on it and provide the relevant department with the intended information. Never received a message that it has arrived with you. Despite my request to inform me, this has never been done. Send me my UMidigi smartphone or refund me. I have been working with you for almost three months now but unfortunately you are not giving a reaction. Would have expected better service but I didn’t deserve this service.
