Mijn Klacht:
Placed an order over 194,94€ on 04-07-2018. Order was delayed for 2 months, so I asked for a refund. Refund was ed on 08-08-2018 with a payment term of 30 days. I received regular e-mails about payment difficulties and expectations to be able to refund my money soon with the last update received 03-04-2019. I haven’t heard anything since despite e-mails sent from my side. The last e-mail was returned as the e-mail address was deleted in the meantime.
Gewenste Oplossing:
I'm satisfied once I received my money back.
