Mijn Klacht:

Today 15 december my husband and my aunt shoud be on the flight from airport brussel to nador.
The flight would depart at 12.50  and the chek in should close 60 minutus before dupartior.
My husband and his aunt where at 11.35 at the inchek counter 6 at the airport, but they didnt find anybody from the crew.
When they went to ask for information they where told by a young men working at the infornation counter that the airplane arrived early and that the inchek counter closed at 11.30.
When i told him this wasnt the information thay whas on the airplane tickets he told us he coulndt help.
He refured me to the air arabia phone helpdesk. After calling them they told us the same story.
I am assuming that the custumor wont ever know of the chek in closes early then what whas told on the ticket.
Now my husband and my aunt couldnt get to marocco and had to book a next flight for the next day and 10 pm.
I am outraged that there was such bad customor service.
They want to me compramised for this! My aunt and my husband want there money back for the flight. And also we want the return flight to be moved over 2 days so they can have the same amount of days they booked before
