Despite numerous attempts to have the tablet repaired, the problem remains unresolved, and I have been unable to receive proper support from the company.
I purchased the tablet approximately 18 months ago, and since then, it has been sent for repair on three separate occasions due to a manufacturing defect. According to Medion’s policy, after three unsuccessful repair attempts, a replacement should be provided. However, during the most recent repair, the tablet was returned to me without the issue being resolved. To make matters worse, my attempts to communicate with Medion’s customer support via email have gone unanswered.
