Every time I got an email saying that my parcel will be delivered today at xx:xx, the delivery got delay due to forced majeure. Called the customer service, always told me that they have flat tires and they can not do anything anything about it. This happens again today, I am just wondering how many cars do they have got flat tires a day? And they must be making the garage rich by fixing the tires everyday.
Can you be honest at least once in your life? Just tell the truth that you got too much works and you simply can’t handle and delivery it on time. Setting the right expectations should be prior 1 for your customers!
Be honest and keep your promises. And most importantly get my parcel delivered! Also… maybe fix your cars, don’t let the people working for you driving on a car that can get flat tires at anytime everyday.
