Mijn Klacht:
I have moved houses and transferred my contract with Budget Energie to my new address in October, 7th.
. They made a mistake in my flat number and started supplying different apartment in my building. In the meantime they charged 99 EUR in Oct, 15th for the 1st month of supply.
In November they send me a mail notification that my energy contract stopped and taken over by Nuon. They claimed that my 99 EUR would be transferred back in 10 days (which never happened). So i claimed it back myself.
2 weeks ago i received a penalty of 250 EUR from Liander stating that my gas contract has never been in place!!!
I contacted budget energie for that, they admitted there was a mistake in the contract and the new contract will be in place from November 22nd.
However, they still charged me 99 EUR back for the energy supply that never occurred!!!
I sent 2 mails to their customer service about this issue – no response.
I called customer service and they promised to call me back – nothing so far
Gewenste Oplossing:
- 99 EUR for October supply is returned to my account.
- 250 EUR claim from Liander B.V. is compensated to me as this penalty occurred due to Budget Energie mistake.
