Mijn Klacht:

This company scams consumers by making them register on their site without providing any information about automatically accepting to agree to 1 year subscription. Even when you don’t take any service from them, they send you invoice and keep sending emails forcing you to pay for the invoice when no service has been taken. The customer service guy even recorded the phone conversation without informing beginning of the call and uses the same to threaten you by informing before hanging up the phone. This is an awful company, horrible experience.

Gewenste Oplossing:

I want the invoice to be withdrawn and all communciation with me to be stopped by email and phone. I
