Mijn Klacht:

They want to charge me for a service they have not provided, it is a very deceptive company. It’s unacceptable that I have to pay €80 for nothing.

Gewenste Oplossing:

I wish they would stop asking for money for something they haven't delivered. I understand that if you use their services you have to pay their fees, but if you don't do anything with them, what do I need to pay for?
